Our Floc de Gascogne Blanc is made ​​from a blend of young Armagnac and grape juice. We use Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes. Floc de Gascogne Blanc maturated for 18 months in casks of 1200 liters to marry alcohol and grape juice.

The color is yellow with green to gray hues. At the nose it’s intense and complex with almond notes and white flowers hints.

At the palate, first impression is charming and well-balanced. Floc de Gascogne from Entras estate owns aromatic intensity and liveliness of brandy Armagnac. The mouth expresses white fruits. The final extends through the gustatory persistence of sugar and intensity of brandy support.

Suggestion : Serve as an aperitif, our Floc de Gascogne will accommodate some toasts of foie gras salt and pepper. It could marry with a blue cheese or a plum pie in shortcrust pastry.
